Under $100.00 fee is $7.00

$100.00 to $199.99 fee is $10.00

$200.00 to $299.99 fee is $13.00

$300.00 AND OVER fee is $16.00

PAST DUES- 2nd Past Due Service Fee - $5.00, 3 & 4th Past Due Service Fee -$10.00 (Additional fee's may be added after consecutive campaigns past due) AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED AFTER 4 CONSECUTIVE PAST DUE CAMPAIGNS
